Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 21, 2026.
Generational Development is committed to making Career Intelligence usable by as many people as possible. This statement describes what we are working toward, how we build, and what to do if you encounter a barrier.
Our aim
We are working toward aligning Career Intelligence with recognized accessibility practices, including the principles behind the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This is an ongoing effort, not a completed certification. We do not currently claim formal WCAG conformance, ADA compliance, third-party audit completion, or VPAT status.
What we are working on
- Keyboard navigation: The application is designed to be operable using a keyboard. Most interactive elements can be reached and activated with Tab, Enter, and Space.
- Visible focus: We use clear focus indicators so users navigating by keyboard can see where they are.
- Readable contrast: Our editorial palette uses high-contrast pairings for body text and important controls. Decorative or muted text is not used for critical information on its own.
- Semantic structure: We use proper headings, landmarks, lists, and form labels to help screen readers and assistive technologies understand the interface.
- Responsive layouts: The interface adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels so content remains usable on phones, tablets, and desktops.
- Reduced motion support: Where the interface includes motion, it is designed to respect prefers-reduced-motion where practical.
- Labels and instructions: Form fields have associated labels, and buttons that contain only icons have accessible names.
Known limitations
Some parts of Career Intelligence may not yet be fully accessible. Generated content, third-party integrations such as Stripe checkout and embedded providers, and complex analytical screens can present barriers we have not yet resolved. We are aware of these gaps and continue to improve them.
How to report an issue
If you experience a barrier, or if something does not work well with your assistive technology, please contact us at support@generationaldev.com. To help us respond quickly, please include:
- The page or feature you were using.
- Your device, browser, and operating system.
- Any assistive technology you were using, if applicable.
- A short description of the barrier you encountered.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative or assistance where feasible.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is part of how we build the product. We review new screens and interactions for keyboard, screen reader, and contrast considerations as we ship them, and we update this statement when our practices or status change.
